Acceptance of terms

By using this website, requesting a quotation or placing an order with AB-iPower Co., Ltd (“AB-iPower”, “we”, “us”), you accept these Terms & Conditions. They apply to all visitors, customers, distributors, resellers and OEM partners. Specific terms written in a Proforma Invoice or a signed agreement prevail over these Terms.

Business customers

We sell to businesses: distributors, installers, retailers, online sellers, brand owners, rental companies, NGOs and public bodies. This website is not an online shop and does not show public prices. Prices are given on a quotation, for a defined configuration and quantity.

Products and configurations

Specifications on this website describe standard configurations. Sockets, connectors, voltage, frequency, capacity and branding are confirmed on the quotation and Proforma Invoice. Images are illustrative.

Quotations, orders and payment

• Binding order: an order is binding only once both parties confirm a Proforma Invoice (PI) in writing.
• Deposit: a deposit, typically 30 % of the order value, starts production. The balance is due before shipment unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Currency: prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Payment: bank transfer (T/T) or another method agreed in writing.
• Price validity: 30 days from the quotation date unless stated otherwise.
• Samples: sample orders are quoted separately.

We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, a supply disruption or suspected fraud, with a refund of any amount paid.

OEM and white label projects

• The buyer confirms the logo, colours, packaging artwork and markings in writing before production.
• The buyer guarantees that it owns or may use the brand, logo and artwork supplied, and is responsible for trademark registration in its markets.
• Approved samples are the reference for the volume order.
• Moulds, tooling or custom engineering, if needed, are quoted separately.

Shipping and delivery

Local compliance

The buyer is responsible for checking that the products, plugs and markings meet the rules of the country where they are sold or installed, and for installation by qualified people where required. The certifications held by each model are listed on its product page. Copies of the certificates are sent with the quotation.

Warranty

Warranty terms are described on our Warranty page and in the commercial agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of revenue or profit, damage caused by misuse, improper installation or unauthorised modification, or force majeure events.

Use of this website

You may not use this website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, send malware or spam, extract its content automatically, or misrepresent your identity. Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy policy.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are first settled by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, they are submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). Nothing in these Terms removes statutory rights a buyer may have under the law of its country.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. Orders are governed by the version in force on the date of the Proforma Invoice.
