We only collect what you choose to send us through the quote form, by email or on WhatsApp.

- To answer your quote request and send you prices, datasheets and samples information.
- To prepare and follow your order, including shipping and export documents.

- To send product news, only if you agree, with an unsubscribe option in every message.
- To meet legal obligations, including accounting and export rules.
- To keep our website secure and block spam.
Data retention
- Quote requests and correspondence: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
- Order and invoice data: up to 7 years, for accounting and legal compliance.
- Server logs: a limited period, for security.
After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
